In addition to providing education support to primary, secondary, and post-secondary students, REACH operates two health clinics which provides the community with access to quality health care services.

New Zimbabwe Early Venture in Education (NZEVE) provides early intervention and ongoing support to hearing impaired children and their families living in Manicaland and surrounds.

Since 2000, more than 200 children have graduated from their early childhood education program with 98% of students going to to complete their primary education in classes where sign language was used.

Since 2006, Mukisa has supported more than 5,000 children from Kampala and three rural districts in Uganda who are living with various form of disabilities.

Mukisa’s services include therapeutic care, provision and the maintenance of mobility, posture, and support devices, medical and nutritional support, educational services, family empowerment programs, and advocacy and awareness campaigns.

Mukisa is quickly becoming a "disability hub" for holistic care and services for children living with disabilities and their families.

Providing a future for Tanzania’s orphans

 

Malaika Kids provides a positive and safe environment for vulnerable orphans where they can fully develop and grow into responsible, confident adults.

Mailaika first welcomes children to their reception home. When a family member cannot be located, the child moves into the Malaika Children’s Village in Mkuranga. The concept of the village is unique and based on a family unit that consists of a maximum of ten children who live together with a mother in a family home.    

They also support academic opportunities with many of the children going to boarding school, and young adults to vocational schools.

Little Rock IECD plays a vital role by providing resources and services to orphans, children with special needs, those affected by HIV/AIDS, and families living in Kibera, Kenya's largest informal settlement, an area where support is limited.

Little Rock has reached over 3,000 children with inclusive early childhood development services, therapeutic care, educational and nutritional support, daily meals, daycare services, and economic strengthening for families.

Every day Light for the Children welcomes hundreds of children from their community of Gobabis to their early education center.

The center provides pre-school and kindergarten education as well as day care services, after school classes for older children, and home based care services.

Light for the Children also provides nutritious meals for each child prepared from the center’s vegetable garden.
