Parenting Child Care Rwanda (PCCR) is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where every child’s rights are upheld and their full potential is realized. The organisation advances this mission through high-quality early childhood development (ECD), child protection services, care for children with special needs, and nutrition programmes.
In addition to its work with children, PCCR focuses on the empowerment of parents and caregivers through positive parenting initiatives and support for income-generating projects that help build sustainable livelihoods.
PCCR currently supports families in the Gasabo District of Kigali City and the Ngoma District in the Eastern Province.
